In my opinion, the SEC's punishment of Bruce Pearl is entirely over the top! Talk about a slippery-slope..... Considering the SEC's apparent selective enforcement of league rules, I can't way to see how this new chapter in the SEC unfolds!!!

Just wondering, but being only 22 years old, how do you "know" this? I have never heard that Buzz was an "up and comer" when he took the UT job.

Slive needs to go. This is total crap. He wont step in and comment on the newton thing with the exception of saying that the sec is not a disciplinary body, but then turns his gator face on when the vols are the subject. Slive is garbage.

no, it is not. THe only thing that is two is slives face. Dang two faced bas#@@@@. explain how it is different. He dont want to be a disciplinary in that because of the potential monetary loss by Auburn not going to NCG, but dont hesitate to come in and discipline us. He is garbage, If I were TN athletics I would sue him for damages and make the SEC pay that part of his salary.

I have become very disturbed about our society by reading through this and seeing how many people are either totally ok with what pearl did or have justified it in some way.

Pearl has already been proven guilty. Auburn hasn't. How is that difficult to understand?
