This one? You know the answer here. It’s the same reason no one in the GOP had this great idea under trump.

Do you seriously think Gaetz will continue this if Trump wins? Or is he just trying to make a name for himself at the expense of the party?

This is the part that kills me.

You have a list of 200 candidates for a position in Excel. All the candidates information is right there. Race, gender, age, highest degree completed, alma mater, years of experience, etc etc etc. just all of it right there thanks to modern technology. And these “leaders” ignore all the data available choosing to rely on these 3 filters: Gender, Race, Sexual preference. And they tell us this is their plan before the search even begins!

Glass ceiling shattered! First openly gay black woman to represent California while residing in the state of Maryland. Progress!!!

Agreed. Imagine being so hypnotized that you are ok with it. Many of our liberal friends never complain about this. It's bc they don't want to be viewed as "anti woke." It's a damn clown show reason to apply this as a filter for a national position.

Matt Gaetz and those who voted to oust McCarthy simply want chaos and destruction, not governance. They just want to crash and burn the system.

When asked who he supported to replace McCarthy, Gaetz offered no alternative. Pathetic.

I have 2 questions, 1 for each side...

GOP....we complain about the uniparty, complain about reducing spending, tou have a group that not only ousted a uniparty member whom went behind the parties back and is making backdoor deals, and was able to at least partially stop more wasted spending in Ukraine. While making it possible to single time bill as opposed to omnibus bills and yet some are still complaining why??

Dems.....you preach progression thro diversity, true diversity is diversity of thought and ideas from experiences. But what the Dems have is a diversity of physical characteristics that all have the same thought process or are not allowed to go against the parts thought process therefore squashing and true diversity..question is what's the point then other then identity politics??

I actually find it both funny and sad that the Republican party is cannibalizing itself. Funny, because I love to see corrupt organizations destroy themselves. Sad, because while they're destroying themselves, the other corrupt party gains in power.

Sometimes, I wonder if Trump was a plant for the Democrats with this very outcome in mind. But I don't think even they have the foresight to pull that off. But given how much control they have over government and media, who knows?

And yet studies show that companies hiring for positions are still more likely to hire a less qualified white male. Cue all the persecuted white males to jump on this statement.

So, Gaetz's rationale was that McCarthy had to go because he utilized the democrats to pass the temporary spending bill and then he utilized the democrats to oust McCarthy. You can't make this stuff up.
