Just like Georgia, they also setup a lot of situations were our LBs were forced into coverage and took advantage of that.

come here to VolNation after every game and never disappoint this is pure entertainment , let me say this as a 40 plus year fan.. yea I’m mad yea I’m pisd but I’m so happy they got this far with what they had..

The defense kept us pretty much in games the whole year.. the offense has gotten stale and other defense coordinators have figured Tennessee out.. last night the recievers are soft and DB’s also they need more dawgs and hopefully this was a test to show CJH what is needed to make another step… keep making steps and improve that’s all ya can do.

Y’all have a merry Christmas and holidays Vol Nation love each and one of you guys.. it’s gonna be alright…

We looked like a55. It was an all in effort.

The worst part is how bad we got out coached. That’s hard to fix. Kids can get better. Once you get to a certain age tho you either got it or you don’t

Our opponents and future opponents have or will figure out what we’re doing on offense and defense. You do what they don’t expect, if you want to win. Heupel needs to decide whether he wants to be the OC or a head coach. We deserve better. If he can’t do it, Danny White will find someone who will.

Said it weeks ago, this team lacks discipline and that starts and ends with the coaching staff. They play sloppy and often don't "show up"..

There is a place for this kind of player, it's called the bench. The longer CJH lets this go on, the harder it will be to fix. Assuming he has the ability to fix it.

I don't think he has the (guts) may be the wrong word. To get tuff with the players like Saban but who knows. Staff wise I would clean house except for RG. Start with Martinez and the Offensive line coach. I've not heard anything about a super recruiter on this staff since they been here. I do like the special teams guy. He will get in their face!!!!!!

There were teams in the first round that shouldn't have been, including Tennessee. There are a couple of teams that got byes that shouldn't have. I think there is a vast talent gap between 1-8 and 9-12. Just MHO. Maybe there should only be 8 teams going to the playoffs.

So it was just OSU having their best performance of the season and our level of play/resistance had no bearing on the.outcome? Funny how that happens. Beck comes out of his funk to torch us was just one of those things, too? At some point, when you get whipped, you do need to look in the mirror.

We have multiple billionaires that contribute plus, our fan base want to win, money isn't the issue, it's how we're spending it.

I was saying this in other threads! If OSU is much more talented then we are at pretty much every position, our ROI is absolute crap! We spent at least 16 million on this roster which is 2nd in the country, yet we aren’t close to 2nd best in the country in talent. So are we going to have to spend 40 million a year to try and catch up? Also besides RG do we have a coach on the staff that a OSU, UGA, Texas wants on their staff? Seems we aren’t all that good at developing talent, so we need stud recruiters on this staff and it seems we don’t have that either.

Also, I knew we were going to lose, every CFP contest I entered I had us losing. I picked us losing on here. So that doesn’t bother me, what bothers me is the absolute beating they put on us, to the point they could have named the score and beaten UT by 50 if they really wanted to. That’s the issue I have with it all. I can take even a 17 point loss where we held our own and got out talented. But again OSU could have beaten us by 50 and we were unprepared, made no adjustments and seemed to show no effort except for a few players. That is what sucks about it all and it was seen by millions of other recruits and their families all night long!

It’s going to be more and more common in the NIL era. A third or more of the players on every team are only there because you paid them more than the next highest bidder. No loyalty to the university or fans that support them. Seniors on this team have to be chapped seeing freshmen come in to more guaranteed money than they’ve ever seen…

Didn’t look good. Michigan was able to collapse the interior Ohio State Oline a bit to effect them. Outside of the one play by Eason on the interior where he got a face mask, I didn’t see us do much. Maybe I missed something live though. I tried to watch a little last night and got pissed and went to bed. Just not worth the mental energy being sapped.

This place is all roses when we win but let us lose a big game and the famous keyboard coaches come out with-----gloom and doom----the sky is falling---I know, because it hit me on the head.

To the folks who attended the game--great job supporting the team---to those who lost money betting on us to win----I hope you lost your a$$

Tennessee football just went 10-2 in the SEC------not too long ago we were winning 3 games-----we're gonna be alright
