You're just making up things now that you want to see. They have no basis in realityWell if you leave your job for another one you do lose things. You lose seniority maybe vacation time, maybe you have to move to another city (like college players) there are cons to swapping jobs there should be cons to a recruit signing with a school then transferring to that schools inter conference opponents a year later. That’s life, there’s pros and cons to things. Why should this be an exception?

I agree that it makes roster planning a nightmare, but it’s not a matter of conference or NCAA rules. The courts have ruled that there can be no barriers to transfers.Players should be paid their value even if it is 7 figures. I just don’t think you should be able to transfer in conference and be eligible immediately
I know the rules and I know I just have to get over it I’m just implying what I think should happen. I donate to spyre every month, the athletes 100% should get paidI agree that it makes roster planning a nightmare, but it’s not a matter of conference or NCAA rules. Actually, what you’re describing is a lot like socialism. Although I’m sure you’ll argue otherwise. Workers in every factory/organization in america make much less than the owners that built/run the business. Rightfully so, they built the organization that allows the employees to be there. So they should get a free education while billions are being made by others? Sorry but the laws of this country rightfully disagree with you.
Lots of pro athletes make more than their coaches. Should that be changed as well?

College football has turned that mold upside down. Without the university, there is no football, there is no brand for these kids to use to get to the NFL. Neyland stadium was there long before they arrived and will be there long after they are in the dirt, yet here we are throwing millions at them like someone behind them wouldn’t step up into their shoes.
Here's Bru's siding commercial. Not in Neyland, not in official UT uniform. As college football player you wouldn’t without a logo on the side of your head.
It was court who ruled in favor of athletes and their ability to make money off their Name/Image/Likeness (that schools and NCAA was exploiting). Also court ruled players are free to transfer. Both cases of fundamental human rights.
Sorry your game got ruined (not sure how) because athletes got their basic rights
