I find the tulip to be one of the more beautiful perennials of the Ottoman Empire.

I'm just saying that a coach "seasoned" in the grey area of recruiting could possibly got Jones in school without any restrictions ala Ramar Smith, Bledsoe, Rose, etc....

I'm not convinced that if the Pearl situation never arose, that Jones still wouldn't have been wearing orange the next year.

I hate to admit it, but I agree. No doubt the talent level has gotten worse, our offensive numbers are terrible and our defense is average. It doesnt help u mcbrick building us a new gym the way he is shooting. I knew we bought cuonzo at too high of a price.....maybe we can get bob knight in to throw some chairs around the 'summit', no doubt that will put us back on the map.

Ever watch the hit movie "Just one of the guys"..where William Zabka (actors name). The girl who dresses up as a guy enters a new HS. Zabka is the big popular bully at the school..beating up and picking on little nerds. Somebody says something to him..and he fires back "hes just a little tulip" referring him to being a bit light in the sneakers if you know what I mean.

So, ever since I saw that movie, I refer to any player that plays soft, styles and profiles, is lazy and doesnt play like the STUD THEY SHOULD BE a tulip. Its not a good thing lol

Duke Crews was another tulip in my book. Golden too...

Coaches gotta coach but players gotta play, too. Give him a year with a healthy Maymon, Hubbs,most everybody else back and and hopefully a point guard, and see what happens.

This is a bad team that continues to get worse. He'll get one more year, but hopefully we can bring in a proven winner if drastic improvements aren't made. Having a team this poorly coached in fundamentals and our blundering game coaching is past ridiculous.

Like who? Coach K who started his career at Duke with a 73-59 (55% winning percentage) record at Army vs Martin's 61-41 (59% winning percentage) record at Missouri State? Yeah, that's good.

I think we shouldn't have given him a five year contract. We may be stuck with him for the next three seasons.
