Derek Chauvin trial

I agree that he won’t be charged with perjury...... if the evidence I saw/read about is accurate and he flat out lied about the use of that hold in the field then he needs to be removed from his position as police chief. I also noticed that you had issue with my opinion of the police chief but not my opinion that chauvin is guilty.... wonder why that is?

Uhh because Chauvlin is obviously guilty, duh. Now you don't have to wonder

Thats untrue, you are the one not paying attention the trial and making ignorant statements
You admitted that during our conversations earlier..... as for the police chief he stated that hold wasn’t taught/used..... the defense showed the training materials and where it had been used multiple times in the field.

What? They have a higher likelihood of sickle cell anemia and many cardiovascular conditions amongst other things, but to say they are “the race most susceptible to every form of disease and ailment out there” is flat wrong and extremely ignorant.
Yet they have the highest rates in almost all categories. Hell, the #1 risk factor for a Covid death was being black.

But yeah, that means nothing. Must just be systemic racism and White Supremacy.

yeah, you're gonna be wrong. Can tell you that now. The chief of police isn't going to be arrested for perjury
Arrested for perjury, no. I'd stop short of calling him a liar but the training material posted online refutes his claims. I would say the police department was likely inept. Poorly trained, overworked and not competently supervised. I think he's aware the hold was used and I also believe he was told how to answer and what to say. They were aware the hold was being used by their officers. If he stated otherwise he's not being completely truthful.

Not with an opioid like fentanyl where the onset of action is less than a minute and a peaks from 2-4 minutes.

Cops were there for there for what 10 minutes before the knee to the neck started? Weird how he went from buying smokes, to talking to police to resisting to and needing to be cuffed and kneed for ten minutes to "oh, he must have overdosed."

Too bad for Chauvin that none of the experts who understand the pharmacology moa, or the ones that examined the body agree with the victim blaming Volnation keyboard lawyers.

Why was Floyd on the ground for 10 minutes? Why didn't the police department have backup or a supervisor there to take over? Seems like there's a lot of blame to go around ... certainly including a non-compliant arrestee. If the failure weighs so much on Chauvin's judgement, why had no one ever questioned his abilities in the past ... bureaucracy ... union? Who polices the police? Again, there's a lot of shared blame being focused on one individual when it seems more like systemic failure and a victim with a self induced problem. And, yeah, Chauvin's days as a cop almost certainly need to be at an end, but that's probably all the punishment he's due.

Guess you haven’t followed the trial

This post has so much ignorance I feel obligated to ignore it and move along.

Nope. I haven't - not that interested. Just my observations from the fact that a cop held a drug addled guy on the ground for several minutes, and no one in an official capacity seemed to be involved until time came to duck and cover. Typical bureaucratic behavior in action - a big disconnect between the blunt end and the sharp end of the stick. One end doesn't know (or really care) what the other end does unless things go wrong, and then there's a lot of "No, no, that's not how we do things." And from the other end "You wouldn't know because, you've never been here - or at least not in recent history."

Pretty sure he used the information from the autopsy report. How would you categorize the amount of meth in his blood?
The explanations of levels are located in the autopsy report. There’s no need to convert anything, it’s all there, Including meth levels and the metabolites.
You are making something more difficult than it need be.
