Derek Chauvin trial

You didn't know that a honey dipper was a septic tank guy? And that their trucks are called honey wagons?

I’m just not that into **** septic what can I say?

do they ever sequester juries anymore? Cause it seems to me, of alllll cases this would be the one to do it with and they aren't.
Should not have been in Minneapolis to begin with. And agree You would think this jury would have been.

I even looked for a good picture of a WW2 Korean honey wagon for you - a cart with buckets and a long ladle used for collecting and spreading what we process in septic systems. Some kids like me were a bit too young to remember, but anybody else stationed in Korea between the end of WW2 and the start of the Korean War won't forget those.

I can't imagine how it rationally goes any other way. When you have so many differing expert opinions about what caused death, then any could be contributory, and none can be ruled out. In the end how can you say this or that was the cause. The triggering event and many contributing factors pretty much have to be attributed to the victim for initiating the whole chain of events. Chauvin doesn't get a pass either, but bad judgement and lack of knowledge about Floyd's condition doesn't make his behavior willfully or intentionally criminal - negligent, careless, and reckless absolutely.

This may be a really dumb question, I’m just not familiar with court practice, but does Chauvin get to take the stand at any point?

Is anyone else having a hard time keeping up with who is in trial for what and what we are suppose to be upset about now?

I am honestly starting to lose track.
