Morning walk 2.68 miles, 6,654 steps, 62 minutes, 2 neighbors engaged in conversation
 
So today I’m trucking along and I noticed a blue healer puppy running beside me. I had my music up so no idea how long he’d been there. I stopped and bent down to pet him and looked back to where I just ran and a lady in a robe was 25 yards back running towards us. I held him till she got there and grabbed his collar. I said good morning and she said “he runs with my husband, he would have stayed with you as far as you went “.
I still have no idea how far she had to run to get him.

Please, edit your post to expound upon your activity. In prior posts, you aver that you are doing little more than walking the stairs. I suspect that your report isn’t about walking 1.6 flights of stairs in 14 minutes and 30 seconds. If it is, then, please explain .6 flight of stairs… Being John Malkovich?

I am a comically slow runner: 1.7 miles, 12 minutes pace. I have not run a mile in years. Going to start working up to the 8k we have here in Kingsport.

We walk a couple miles every day, and so I ran this directly after my walk.
