Cold plunge really helps me drop body temperature back to normal. Even after heated vinyasa.Still at it and pulling a double today with hockey and ran 3mi this morning.
I am ready for cooler weather though as I sweat for an hour after running. Full on cold shower helps a little but not enough. In the winter I'll just jump in the pool
