Still at it and pulling a double today with hockey and ran 3mi this morning.

I am ready for cooler weather though as I sweat for an hour after running. Full on cold shower helps a little but not enough. In the winter I'll just jump in the pool

Cold plunge really helps me drop body temperature back to normal. Even after heated vinyasa.

Bike ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with grandsons: 13.29 miles, 120’ elevation gain, 1:42 riding time. Elder grandson took off on his mountain bike at 13-15 mph. Younger grandson was on too small a bike and dawdled at 4-11 mph. Mostly, I hung with the younger grandson. This was purely a Sunday leisure ride.
 
I guess if it's a big enough city it's no harder to find ice than much of the rest of the country.

There's a recreational hockey league?
Yep it's old man beer league. We only have one rink with 15 teams but places like Tampa are covered up. 5-6 rinks over there

I’m on restriction again.
Stupid blood clot.
No running. Yoga still allowed and oddly enough I am allowed to beat the hell out of the stump …..so ……beat on it for an hour tonight. That’s actually a good cardio workout.
