look at the talent and depth of the sec powerhouses and then look at what we have. I would have to say the coaching is pretty damn good otherwise we would lose badly every week. Yes the last play was coaching yet there were plenty of other opportunities to win through out the game. I guess most vol fans only can see a glass half full

this did not apply to lsu today...they tried to give us the game with 3 turnovers including an interception in their end zone...we have a team that cant get a half a yard on offense to put the game away. they suck on both sides of the ball and are equally as bad on special teams. this is the biggest joke in tn history and i am ashamed to call myself a vol fan. hopefully the empty seats and the continual losses will wake somebody up that can actually change this situation. "it sucks to be a tn vol".

I understand the emotion but look at your statements:

1. "they tried to give us the game with 3 turnovers..."
- I agree, we didn't capitalize on the offense side of the ball. Then again, defensively, maybe they didn't give us anything and our defense may have created (hence good play) some of those opportunities.

- This is a "joke" today. Look back. If you've been watching long you'll come up with a number of moments involving some of our greatest players from the Vols. Things happen...we're in a fragile state right now looking for at least stability. What we don't need is another coach right now. That's not what you want your pleasant players adopting: more schemes and instability and new recruits not knowing their staff.

- Then maybe you shouldn't. Don't stick with them...root for another team until they run into hard times and then move on....It's common enough with "fanbase" of a number of teams.

- Who knows...maybe more expensive renovations will go up...

- Completely uncalled for....Again, See the answer to number 2 and save yourself any possible grief.

Some people are just stupid. You have to give a coach a chance to build what he wants to do what he wants. I think he will make a great coach given a little time to get players. Which we don't have many of now. You can't just keep changing coaches till one starts winning right away, moroons. The recruits will shy from us to if they keep changing coaches.

pretty good, was still able to play golf 2-3 times a week year round, my son was born
only down side was having to sell the Porsche to get a Denali

im sorry i think dooley was hired because of his daddy and southern draw.....

i never felt right about this hire...

there are just to many things that keep poping up to me and mainly on the recruiting trail that keeps telling me we will never compeate for championships with this guy....


i mean i saw where he wont let any recruits make official visits during the season..?? i mean is he on crack? i mean why the hell is that a good idea? one of our only seeling points right now is our stadium and atmosphere at games......

can anyone explain this 2 me? i mean i about chucked my computer wen i saw that....

This team was emotionally drained, period. Nothing you can do about that. Let's hope that they play Bama close in 2 weeks.
