I actually don't care about what Luther says and I actually think he has genuine beliefs and he's welcome to those. LG on the other hand is looking to piss someone off and create controversy. I'll agree to disagree with Luther, but LG is just here to piss people off.

You even see it a bit here. Somebody posts something that isn't clear to someone else, and a dispute springs up. Had the discussion been face to face or even by phone there likely would have been either no question or immediate clarification. I do have to admit my confidence in Trump clarifying matters probably ranks right up there with yours, though. At least the dims seem to believe that Trump and Putin know what the other is saying ... or trying to say.

The thing is that you very well may have a point... until you speak this hyperbole. I was ready to possibly have a productive discussion about what the democrats (my registered voting party) may or may not be doing wrong until you throw in this disclaimer. It’s hard to have honest discussions about anything on this forum because of the dichotomous nature placed on nearly every subject. It’s not a serious exercise (at least as serious as a discussion forum can be).

Each and every time someone, politicians especially, start taking about "deprogramming" or how Trump supporters are all domestic terrorists or calling out members of the National Guard as threats or calling for Trump supporters to be fired from their jobs or any number of things, it's a tap on the glass. Eventually, that tiger will get tired of it because it has nothing left to lose.

I can see where you're coming from, but the feds started handing down conspiracy indictments for the Capitol riot today. One was to a leader of one of these militia groups. That means there was advanced planning. If you're affiliated with one of those groups you don't need to be working security at the inauguration a week after your beer buddies/brothers in arms planned an attack/infiltration/rowdy unauthorized tour of the Capitol.

You understand the "conspiracy" charge normally is the biggest crock of **** in the criminal code?

It's impossible to prove. Plus, the prosecutors have already backed off several of the charges in the case like the "intent to kidnap and murder."

Your side of this equation needs to stop tapping the glass...
