It's crazy. The cop does an incredible job by showing restraint, and somehow it's used against police. Can't argue with people who have the IQ of a squirrel, and do not realize thousands of black people are arrested everyday and charged with resisting. If every black person that was charged with resisting arrest was shot, then yes it would be a problem. The 6-10 unarmed blacks killed a year by police is about a half day's worth on a holiday weekend in Chicago.
