Some people have earned enough cred in my book to still be considered manly even if they show up in a tutu. Peyton is in that category. but still, NOT a good look dude

Oh good grief. Why do you care what beer somebody else drinks?

I’ve seen it mentioned but mostly in the context of it being a non-issue
Then I would advise a little more research before taking other people’s word for it. Multiple bills in multiple states. Plus actual discussions by several federal agencies.

I don’t really care actually. The left however just keeps pushing and pushing and pushing pride 24x7. If you are going to force people to take a side, don’t complain if they choose differently than you would like. Selling beer has nothing to do with sexuality. Which side was the one that made it an issue? (Hint, it wasn’t the right who started sticking rainbows on EVERYTHING)

Is Bud light really a beer or just a beverage that identifies as a beer?
InI my opinion any light beer could fall into that category. That being said I feel any responsible adult should drink what they like. Too freaking political all over. I just watched The Tennesse Waltz: Ray Blanton's last dance. That is the way politics should be, the parties came together and put the state of the state above political party. Cheers, whatever you're drinking, drink responsibly.

You don't have to buy it if you don't want, but the right loves to complain about cancel culture until it suits them.
Wait, choosing not to buy a product is now cancel culture? What does that mean, Will I now be REQUIRED to purchase some lest I be deemed a „canceller“?

Yes, if it was a product you regularly used and stopped using because of an ideological stance by the manufacturer. Especially if it doesn't affect you in an adverse manner

It would only be a "cancel culture thing if you used to drink it and now don't because of a really poorly thought out ad campaign. If you like me never drink it, how can you cancel something you never supported. The last one I had was given to me in Athens by a Ga fan while walking to the stadium. It was a beginning to a bad day. I am in agreement with the former poster: Belgium/German or Mexican, but on a hot day any cold one works.

I'm gay and proudly graduated from UTK at the top of my class 12 years ago. The Vols are also a huge part of my life, and always will be—regardless of the pain they inflict on me. :) But, I see stuff like this and it reminds me that I'll never be fully welcome among our fans. It's unfortunate.

OK. This is a fair answer except for the obvious fallacy that selling beer has nothing to do with sexuality. Advertisers have marketed sexuality for a very long time. About the pushing, oppressed minorities incline to organize and push back at some point. Are the alphabet sex groups pushing themselves publicly these days? Yes, and I think it is a mistake. It is one thing for gays and transexuals to want to live unmolested. However, when they advertise themselves too publicly and force themselves in unwanted ways upon the lives of other people, then much of the reaction will be negative, because many people do not like what they are representing and doing. The beer ad and the reaction to it both strike me as head shakers. I do not have a dog in this fight and try not to waste my sympathy on folks who do not care a whit about me. Say one word that crowd does not approve, and several of them get ugly real quick.
