I mean...just this game alone....Vandy had about a dozen variations of a swing pass/RB or flanker screen. And they were SO good at them all - it's like they were constantly running downhill and there was little we could do about it. Whereas we had zero effectiveness in the short passing game. No way to utilize the speed we have....why wasn't Chandler catching 5 passes a game?

You know, the funny thing was at the very first of the game we did start out with a short passing game and made a few completions then suddenly after that it was LONG BALL and WE GOT TO RUN. Mid 3rd qtr was enough for me. The coordinator runs the offense like he's bi-polar....Something is bad bad wrong.

I blame Josh Dobbs for a lot of our troubles. If not for his legs, Butch Jones would have been gone sooner, and we would be further along in the rebuild.

I think it was telling when he said we were running up the middle against more people than we could block a couple weeks ago that he was not happy with play calling. There may be some fire with this smoke.

He knows Pruitt can’t handle this much more and will resign mid season next year. Fulmer will step in as interim and not step out until he’s fired again.

Please get rid of Will Friend too... worst offensive line play I've ever witnessed... the guy has no idea how to manage personnel... play calling and constant 11 personnel didn't help, but the lineman had no fundamentals, bad feet, terrible hand techniques... I didn't see a lick of coaching the whole season...

Couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that he was left with little talent or depth on O-line with virtually every O-lineman on the team being undersized and underdeveloped; and then adding onto that by having our 2 best OLs have season-injury injuries / conditions.

If replacing Helton is performance based, totally valid question. If replacing Helton is based on a personality fit, totally invalid question.

If it's based on performance, then Will Friend should be getting walking papers as well. Offensive line was by far the worst group this year.

It has been mentioned along with Kiffin. Apparently no one cares about past troubles with these guys as long as Tennessee wins
