For the 1st time yesterday someone asked if I had lost weight.

I was really hoping to be below 232.5 by Sunday, but I've got beer to drink tonight so that won't happen. Oh well!

I'm shooting for between 220 and 225 by May 1st.

I realize it's not quite Friday, but I'm going to go ahead and check in. It's been a great week as far as my weight loss goes. I surprised myself today when I weighed at 224.4 lbs. That makes 10 lbs in the past month, and 26 lbs since I started.

This means I hit my goal for April of being between 220 and 225. I'll go ahead and set my goal for May now, I'd like to be between 212.5 and 217.5 by June 1st.
 
Will start cking in next week. Starting a weight loss pool at work. First one who loses 10% of their weight wins the pot.

Weighed in at 197.4 today. Down from down 45 lbs from 242.5 in January 2010.
