Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

I have not been working out for much over the last year due to moving, long commutes, etc. I have gained about 25 pounds and weighed in this AM at 239.2. (Second highest ever for me).

I am done with this and am going into beast mode today. Back to old reliable P90x, healthy eating and cutting out booze for a while.

I'll be posting every Friday on weigh in. Game on!

That's good to know. I am a beer drinker, so maybe I'll switch over to bourbon for a while. I'm going to a wedding this weekend with an open bar, so may do that.

Yeah the hardest thing I had to give up for a while was craft beer..........every now and then I would have a Mic Ultra, but it made me feel like a vagina

163.5. Work had brought in lunch every day this week. It's good, but not good for the scale.

Have maintained 190 +- 4 lbs since January of this year..............which is a huge accomplishment for me anyway.

Great job. I finally hit the 190 mark a couple weeks back and have maintained since then. Haven't weighed that since my high school days.

my weakness. I'd rather drink water than Mic Ultra

I know what you're saying, but I'd rather drink Mic Ultra than water. I have a couple of craft beers about once a week.

248.5. Lost one pound over the last six weeks or so, but I've not been trying hard. Wanted to see if I could keep the weight off. Gonna try to lose about 20 more pounds.

Dropped to 212. I started jumping rope inbetween sets in an effort to lean up. Need to start pounding more protein and find some performance enhancing drugs.
 
230.4 - gained 1.8 lbs. I had a horrible last weekend food and beer wise but still maintained my workouts. Maybe I gained a little muscle. Oh well, I'll keep going. Gotta do better this week with my diet. Still down about 9 lbs
 
Little late in getting this in but...

Started diet Saturday before last. Need to lose at least 24.7 pds (10%) to win bottle of scotch vs a buddy who also is trying to get to 19 pds. I am at 8 pounds in 9 days and want a burger so bad.
