It's 80-90% diet. I'm 42yo this month, 6'2" 210lbs (as of this morning) down from 265 in November.Well I've hurt my shoulder and can't work out the way I used to. So there's a new plan.
Yoga, biking and eating reasonably.
Oh, and I'm old. 48 real soon.
I got all the way to 240 and don't think 210 is a real possibility anymore as I'm a larger framed guy at 6:2.
We will see how it goes.

Damn all you 6' plus guys!..... I'm 5'10" on a good day and have weighed 218 for the last six years.
I used to lift weights a lot when I was younger so weighing 200+ didn't bother me. I'll be 50 in October and should realistically weigh around 190.
