Still under 120. Finally starting to feel like it's the norm, as far as lifestyle and what I choose to eat. Took a long time for that to happen though.

Surprised I didn't lose anything this week, but I'll take it over a gain.

Down 11.2 lbs. My weekend was not filled with booze and drunk eating. 9 days with booze so far

I know it's not Friday but I've hit a weight plateau and been a bit grumpy so the wife sent me this. Difference in these is about 70lbs(1.5yrs and really before I got serious about the diet). Needless to say it did what she intended

Plateaus stink. And they sabotage a lot of people. Even though the scale might not be changing, your body still is. It's learning to work better with the nutrition it's getting. It takes time for your body to understand what's happening, and adjust. But when you head downhill again, you'll find you lose more consistently than you have the entire time. At least that's what happened to me.

Nice job by the way. If I wasn't so embarrassed by my "before" pic, I'd post before and after. 38 pounds. That's embarrassing too.

Thankfully I've been doing this since Nov and had a lot of success in the beginning. I'm just so close to breaking 200lbs and it's frustrating. Starting a new weight program next week so that may help break through

I'm not embarrassed about my before pic anymore. I hate that I got to that point but I feel so much better and like being reminded just how far I've come. Plus it could motivate someone else

Are you carb cycling now? Planning to when u start your new weight program? It could really give you a great kickstart as you essentially enter your phase 2.

Also, if you're not doing body measurements that could help too. If the scale isn't koving the way you want a tape measure every 10-14 days should help you "see" your gains (and losses).

You may be doing all that already, but if not its just a few suggestions.

after my diet that amount of carbs could kill me! :)

I'm going to stay on my keto diet but will rebalance my macros based on goals. Switching to a maintain total instead of a cut. Protein will definitely need to go up though

good advice. Wish I had measured or taken real "before" pics but never started. Of course my wife reminds me that I had to buy a new belt this week to replace one that was too small before my diet. Plus I've gone from a 42 to almost a 34 waist and buy large (and slim fit) shirts instead of XXL

I know I'm shrinking and I know it's working but like all fat people the scale just sits there judging me.

my much smaller ass!

We were friends for a while but it gets the finger most mornings now

I knew it! I always thought it was weird when we asked you to be a Mod and you asked if you could get free rubber gloves in the deal.
