Really I wouldn't mind hitting 210-220, but I just can't eat that much.
Why?
You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.

Wanted to wait until I had the results from my physical (to make sure I lost weight because I quit eating garbage, and not because I had an undetected illness.)
And the results are in. No abnormal findings.
January 14, 2017 - 154.6 :cray:
June 30, 2017 - 116.4
Every panel he ran was normal.
HDL cholesterol 66
LDL cholesterol 65
Triglycerides 65
Total cholesterol 144
:dance2: :dance2: :dance2:
I made the decision to lose the weight in January, and I decided to do that by eating better. I didn't know how much I would lose, I just knew better food would make a difference. This is the result.
Now to make the decision to build muscle again. :thud: (Haven't been serious about strength training since I was doing crossfit.) Actually making the decision to do something is my biggest issue. Once I do that, I can work on the plan to get myself there.
