Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Still checking in at a touch above 230. Got back to hitting the gym five days a week with consistency for the first time in quite a while, though.
 
188. Think I'm gonna layoff the ice cream for a while and see if I can drop my bodyfat. Getting rid of beer would help too but not that committed yet. 13.5% right now.

186. Didn't have time to check the bodyfat. No ice cream and only 3 beers all week
 
Still at 188 which is good because I'm trying to maintain weight. Week 3 of P90X 2 is in the books.

You can shed another 11 with your morning dump tomorrow. I have faith.


I lifted 4 times this week about 45 mins a piece over lunch. Didn't have time for any cardio, as I was way too sore all week starting my new workout.

I will weigh in when I get home.
