He definitely has to be more concise with his answer. The quicker he gets the story out there and stops talking about it, the better.

I agree with those who said he is done as a viable POTUS candidate. In his first real issue that was brought to light, other than his own decision to create an advertisement that was a borderline joke, he has failed miserably. Put him in the same category as Perry... it's too late.

Personally, I would still like to see Gingrich get more press. He has steadily, though slowly, risen in the polls and he has outperformed everyone in nearly every single debate.

And here's the problem for him.

If she talks and explains what happened, and more importantly what was in her complaint, it will be so ugly that any claim by him that the only allegation he remembers is the goofy height thing will come off as the ridiculous lie that it almost surely is.

But if there is an effort to enforce confidentiality, it will be even worse.

He is totally screwed.

My problem with that is that I have a hard time believing that the association would have kept him around if he truly did anything egregious. What motivation would they possibly have?

May as well discount every other GOP candidate. I'm sure whoever wins the nomination will have something on them pop up in the general election.

Attorney basically just said that the story was leaked by a National Restaurant Association Board member that supports another GOP candidate.

Now Anderson Cooper has Roland Martin and a Perry supporter on. After the pseudo-press conference with the accuser's attorney, this is like watching political target practice.

2. why do you permit continual threads calling out me personally, there are at least two on this page.

I have said from the start that I really liked Cain and I had him as my number 2 spot to vote for behind Ron Paul, but this isn't going to turn out well I don't think after watching this. I hope im wrong, but it doesn't look good for the Cain camp.
