This all day. We DO NOT have a play calling issue. At least not as bad as everybody is claiming. We have a QB that may very well be the biggest bust in our recruiting history mixed with receiving corps that just can't catch. These same receivers struggled with Milton too. I feel like Nico is "Milton 2.0". He's a minor upgrade to a poor product.

Please explain what your definition of crap calls. What plays are too predictable? I think Execution is a problem not the play calling. Maybe we are not a good road team. Who knows.
I hope your Arm Chair is comfortable.

You’ve either not been paying attention or just wanted to make yourself look dumb.

This was game 10. He still looks like Game 1. Freshman or not he has not improved over the season like he should have.

OK, and I am being serious here. I have had the Q of WHO from UT calls Offensive plays all year and honestly, NOBODY REALLY KNOWS? Some swear it is Halzle and other CJH.

If our own devoted VN fan base does not know, than Houston, here in lies a big part of the problem - for we need to know who to blame for all the stupid and incorrect calls.

JH walks around with a play sheet and covers his mouth with it as he calls the plays. It's obvious. How can our fan base be this dumb

Too many horizontal passes and not enough deep vertical shots. We needed to go deep some and after we got pass interference we didn’t hardly go deep again. On D why didn’t we bring 5-6 sometimes. We stayed primarily in the same 4 man front, we got out adjusted in the second half and physically got beat in second half overall. We played hard but it’s easy to see why we lost. While the refs didn’t lose it for us no doubt we got zero favorites from the refs tonight. GBO

It’s not the playcalling, it’s the lack of execution of the plays, which goes back to practice. Whatever the position coaches are doing daily to hone the fundamentals of our offensive players in practice isn’t working.
