iPhone

And the notice has a big 5 on it.

Pretty clever design.

This'll probably be my next phone, though I hope to wait another year. I'm currently on a two year old iPhone 4.

You should be eligible for an upgrade. If you're with AT&T you can dial *new# & you will get a text saying whether you are or not.

Pretty excited to hear what the new one will be like. I'm kinda hoping it's not 100% like the leaked parts. Un-Apple like to have the whole phone leaked months before the device actual launches. I'll get it regardless though. Looking forward to a bigger screen. Just hope it has a nice exclusive tagged to it like the 4S had with Siri and the 8mp camera. I'd like to see an improved front camera.

I think the maps may be the big exclusive. Siri is suppose to be enhanced as well. I have heard rumor that the rear camera will be 12 megapixel but we'll see. Some of the rumors always turn out to be true but there's usually a surprise or two as well.

Pretty sure they already said the map upgrade is for all iOS6 compatible devices. Same for Siri upgrades for 4s and iPad 3.

I downloaded camera+ and so far I have edited several of my photos that I took that were not good and they look great now!
The photosynth app by microsoft is amazing and free. You can stitch together pics for a 360 view, but it will take a little practice. I rock at it now, came in handy at the Rocky Mountains.

Yes Maps is on all iPhone devices back to 3 GS. And turn by turn is on the 4S as well. Maybe street views will be an exclusive to the 5.

I'm looking forward to the map update. Google maps just doesn't cut it for me and I haven't purchased anything better. I like Waze, but Waze is still missing a lot of routes.

I've been using AT&T navigator but I'm looking forward to saving the $10mo. Also going to set up tethering when I upgrade for use with the ipad.

I'm going to sell my 4 on Craigslist when I upgrade. So far I've gotten full price each time I upgrade so I end up getting the new one for free. iPhones seem to hold their value better than the others.

Kinda worried about the whole data plan switch for LTE. I am currently grandfathered in with AT&T and have unlimited data. Really don't want to lose it.

You won't if you upgrade. They're not doing like Verizon. You will probably hit the 3gb throttle limit sooner though. The only thing I have heard AT&T doing is charging separate for FaceTime. Although I have hardly ever used it I don't think they should be able to govern how you use your allotted data.

I could care less about the FaceTime over 3G feature. I rarely FaceTime either. So if I were to just buy the phone (with the early upgrade fee) they won't make me switch to a dedicated LTE plan? I honestly don't even care for the LTE either.

I'm on the fence about updating to iOS6 right out of the gate. I jail broke a couple months ago and have gotten very comfortable with some of the added features. Particularly activator swipes. I may wait until the jail break comes out.

I doubt it. They have 4G LTE phones now that use the same data plans as always. The iPhone just hasn't been LTE.

The only way you would lose unlimited is if you use your iphone as a hot spot. The question is whether or not unlimited means anything. I'm on my phone constantly but have only averaged 1GB usage a month over the past year. I plan on adding tethering with the new phone and for $20 it comes with 5GB a month.

I wanna keep my unlimited because there's nothing better or cost effective to go to. I pay $24 for unlimited. I have been throttled once that I know of with like a day left in my billing cycle. The only thing I could think of tethering would be an iPad but it would probably be cheaper to just get a separate data plan for it.

Lots of folks are saying that's the Goophone I5. It's from a Chinese company that quickly rips off popular phones. It's running Android with an iPhone theme overlay.

At the end of the day, that is pretty much what the new one looks like. All the leaks point to a 1136x640 4" screen (326 ppi; 16:9 ratio). The 4s screen is a 960x640 3.5" screen (326 ppi). They are pretty much the same width.

High ppi which keeps it looking nice. One of the best in the business.
