Help me out here... how is Judaism a race? I'm the color (READ: RACE) that I am. Pretty confident I cannot at anytime change my race. Yet, at anytime I can convert to Judaism and become a "Jew". Right?!?

So, then, how is Whoopi wrong when she says the Holocaust is NOT based on race? Seems to me, Hitler hated people of the Jewish faith, hence the basis for the Holocaust. He hated them because of their religious beliefs, not the color of their skin (READ: RACE). Right?

Hmmm. So, I Google the question, "Is Judaism a race?".

Not trying to be "racist" here. I could care less what other people's religious beliefs are as long as they don't impede on my life.

So how is Whoopi wrong? How is this not cancel culture at its worst?

Given that I am Christian, is it now politically correct to refer to me as belonging to the "Christian race"?

Taking this one step further, if one were to argue that Judaism is a race but Christianity isn't, then ironically how is this not - in fact - racist?

1. no you've not. The ethnicity and religion have the same name but are not the same.

2. Is HUD how you determine race? The presence of a term on their form changes nothing.

So it depends on the government? Interesting. When the Israeli government says roughly 70% of their population is Jewish vs 20% Arab, are they calling Arabic a religion? Or are they talking about race?

Population of Israel on the Eve of 2021.
