He made the comment that he knows what it takes to star in big time college football and James has it with out a doubt. Ragans played in the 1990 Hula Bowl and said Johhny Majors was his position coach and he loved him.

He wanted to be a Vol.

Ranked as a 4*.

Grew during the summer and is now 6-4.

He had an extra year to hit the weight room.

Why would the staff not what that? 19 year old freshman > 18 year old freshman.

If it's true that he went to JUCO instead of prep school, he isn't eligible to go back to D-1 until 2011. A decision on whether or not to take him back will likely depend on who we get at WR in the next 2 classes and how Green performs in JUCO. JMO

That's true. Would have to be really stacked though. How many years of eligibility would he have then... three?
