Ky governor's race

The US becoming Venezuela is just fear mongering by the Right. All large population centers around the world and throughout history have had basically the same problems, even before anyone knew the Americas existed. It's not just restricted to large cities. Small towns everywhere have their high crime areas and drug problems.

Fear mongering ?? Talk about not connecting to reality......you must come back from Pluto.
No no........stay there. That's a good look for the loony Dims.

I trust that we can count on you to call for this mans removal by any legal means?
Sure. I'll do it now. He should be removed by any legal means available.
How's that?
The fact that he does not represent me comes into play just a tad.

Typical Republican. Wanted to slash Medicaid, called teachers "selfish" and said they had "thug mentality" when they objected to him cutting their pensions.
Wow. I didn't know this. And Trump was stumping for this idiot? Just shows that the "R" beside the name really is all that matters. He would have stumped for David Duke running for Governor of Louisiana back in the day.

That is great. Consistency is a good thing and something you don't see here often.

Deep down..........I think you're a swell guy. Wouldn't mind throwing a couple of beers back with some in here......But, you're just on the wrong side of history though...

Thanks, same here. I'm down with the beer part. The history part? Yet to be determined.

You are a better man than I, I can't imagine ever wanting to have a beer with these unhinged leftists

You have to remember ..... we're all Americans. We all want what's good for the country.... although I have my doubts about some Dims on that. If politics aren't discussed then you wouldn't know the difference about them. I'd drink a beer w/anyone as long as UT football is the subject....although I don't drink beer anymore.

That's where I disagree with you. I would bet these libs wouldn't drink beer they are likely more of a cider or martini people.

You probably have and didn't even realize it. At the UAB game this past Saturday I had beers with about 100 people. I'm sure there were a number of Trumpers among the crowd. If any conversation ever appeared to even remotely be headed in a political direction, I would either redirect the conversation or slide over to another crowd.

Did a lot of sliding that day did ya?

Not as much as you would think. Most people in this particular crowd realized it wasn't the time nor place for politics.
I even enjoyed Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American" during the halftime show. But not nearly as much as "Amazing Grace" by the bagpipe group and 1000 band members. (alumni)
One of the first and only UT games I attended with my Dad had a bagpipe group that did Amazing Grace, my dad always said that was the most moving thing he had ever seen at a halftime show. Brought back some great memories.
