The only people who don't realize that marijuana is addictive are people who are addicted to it. Just like any other drug, it is a poison, son. A poison to your mind, body, and soul. The only difference is it is a slower acting poison that subtle enough for you to delude yourself into believing it's harmless.

Marijuana is a poison to your mind, body and soul? That's complete close minded uninformed horse****.

I don't smoke but if I had a loved one with cancer I would damn sure rather them have marijuana to deal with the pain, nausea and loss of appetite over the usual cocktail of Big Pharma drugs. Medical marijuana at the very least should be legal in every state.

Poor guy. First a black president and weed is gonna be legal soon. You should kill yourself and avoid the Commy future.

P.S. If you're not a stoner and think your avi is clever.....

And people wonder why the US is now a total joke. The first Muslim US president has turned our country into the laughing stock of the world. Nobody even fears our military anymore.

We definitely need to legalize weed right? I mean that's exactly what kind of world I want my kids growing up in. They walk out of a restaurant and see people getting high. Yeah that seems right. So our people will get stoned more and become even dumber in the process.

Walk out of a restaurant and watch people getting high? Cause thats what people that smoke cannabis do. They just stand around in public and get high. Weed makes people dumber? Smh at the ignorance.

It's getting amusing. I didn't know we had people out there that are that anti everything. It doesn't change the fact that over half the country disagrees with them and it will soon be legal like it or not.

I can't sum up my reaction any better than this

This is why many folks fight legalization - some folks would then view it being a good thing.

I support legalization - its not our government's place to tell us what we need to do individually.

I completely oppose SELF medicating by any drug as I've seen too many lives destroyed by it. Just because it not illegal doesn't make it a positive thing for someone to do.

Wrong. Marijuana has plenty of addictive properties. This is from Brown University: No one would argue that marijuana is as addictive as alcohol or cocaine. However, it's wrong to say that it is not at all addictive. More and more studies are finding that marijuana has addictive properties. Both animal and human studies show physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms from marijuana, including irritability, restlessness, insomnia, nausea and intense dreams. Tolerance to marijuana also builds up rapidly. Heavy users need 8 times higher doses to get the same effects as infrequent users.

For a small percentage of people who use it, marijuana can be highly addictive. It is estimated that 10% to 14% of users will become heavily dependent. In 2006 marijuana was responsible for 16% of all admissions to treatment facilities in the U.S. Because the consequences of marijuana use can be subtle and insidious, it is more difficult to recognize signs of addiction. Cultural and societal beliefs that marijuana cannot be addictive make it less likely for people to seek help or to get support for quitting.

If there is no problem with smoking marijuana and functioning normally, then why do most companies drug test? Let me ask you this, do you think it would be ok for a crane operator, airline pilot or school bus driver to do their job while high?

I wouldn't want my airline pilot flying after hitting a bowl but let's not get too off course. We're talking about a college football player.

His color has nothing to do with him being a failure

When are his supports going to come up with more clever reasons why non-supporters don't like him?

It's the blind leading the blind

But don't worry, I hear he has made you guys another promise

"You can keep your legal pot if you like it"

This guy was fast and could have been great. wish he was in this years class. Man i miss this guy in the backfield.

Remember when he was returning a punt against Vandy at Neyland? He ran to the right side of the field and ran in to a wall of defenders. So, rather than take a few steps to the right and go out of bounds, he reverses the field and heads left. He heads to the left side lines and turns a loss in to a 20 or 30 yard gain before beings forced out of bounds.

That gives us good field position and we ultimately win the game...

Only play from him that I recall...

He had about a 89 yard run against Marshall. The guy was rocket fast.

Ur right. If there's anything we know about our current president, it's that his approval ratings are astronomically high, and the new health care web site has been a resounding success.

I miss Jason Witten the most

We haven't had that factor in our offense since

Stocker was ok. Rivera was serviceable

But we need a dominate TE again. Hopefully we got that in Wolf or Helm

when the only comparison he can win is to W then there's an issue. O is a failure

Exactly

Bush wasn't a ray of sunshine. He manipulated the Constitution too(Patriot Act) but nothing on the scale of what we have seen with Obama

The problem with he U.S. is that people follow a political group like they do a sports team. Once people realize most are cut from the same cloth, then the better we will be. Less Federal Government, the better it is for us all.

Typical. O had to spend his first term cleaning up the 8 years of W. And for some reason it seems here in the second term you repubs cut O off at every turn. I think there are several villages looking for their idiots in this thread.
