Our local hospital that's having financial problems is offering free drive up tests the next 2 days. Big stink around here cause people think they're gonna claim a bunch of positive cases for money. Idk, that's just what people feel, and it's proven they're getting more money for it.

So, I was really concerned that NY positive cases went from 6000 to 10000 today. Then I realized that testing went from 25000 to 45000. And no greater hospitalization.

Here we go. We have bigger numbers, must be doing worse job. Except....

More testing another 10k tests today with 96% of those being negative. The majority of cases (46%) are from Davidson and Shelby, with the Bledsoe prison and out of state cases totaling another 10%. East Tennessee still looking good for reopening under 100 active cases for the 12 central valley counties.
