Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Florida is going to get it's regular allotment regardless. His point is that the federal government should consider directing water to wear the fire is hottest. However, that should be done in conjunction with Florida's dipsh*t governor also stepping up his game. Why is this so hard for all you covidiots?
Even worse! They are now picking and choosing who dies based on the political ideology of the states leader instead of by need of the citizens.

He's either the potUS or the pres of the Dems. Which is it?

Explain how the CA governor has "upped his restriction and mandate game" and they still outpace FL in infection and death. And by a large margin.
California is going to be asking Florida for a loan soon. DeSantis has managed to keep tourism flowing, schools in session, businesses open, and even hosted a Super Bowl with fans. . . . all without seeing a disproportionate disease burden (actually much less burden than some of the most restrictive states).

They have never been able to explain the differences.

Interestingly, FL has vaccinated the same per capita # of it's population as California and has fully vaccinated almost 2x the % of it's population. This is also higher than New York on both counts. All this with suffering about 1/2 the deaths per capita of NY and about even (slightly higher) than California.

Only FL stayed relatively open during the pandemic.

FL is the leader of this group on virtually every metric yet EL thinks FL is doing it wrong.

No, if you favor "common sense."
The TSA is a useless creation of an overreaching govt. It and the dhs should be eliminated. It's the result of a scared citizenry giving up freedoms in the wake of an unexpected attack. 20yrs later so many are giving in to the exact same thing and can't recognize it.

And many of us down here still complain about being too restricted. So glad we moved years ago

I assume you also believe it wasn't the knee on George Floyd's neck that killed him.
**** George Floyd.

Name one person killed in Chicago this year by other black people.

One.

You don't gas about George Floyd in any capacity other than a political martyr. And you sure as hell don't care about black lives other than as a political expression of your personal guilt for whatever.

Not my point. Floyd had health and drug issues. They likely contributed to him dying (maybe someone younger and in better health would not have died from the treatment he got from the cops). But no one is going to argue that those were really the cause of -- i.e., what precipitated -- his death.

Whenever someone has X and dies of COVID, all the Trump supporters on here rush to say it was really that other thing X that killed him. If you wanna take this game to it's logical conclusion the only people "really" killed by COVID are healthy people under 40 because everyone else has some condition (age, weight, some pre-existing condition) that makes them more likely to die if infected with COVID.

OK...then the only ones killed by police are the ones that are not breaking the law, resisting arrest, and being fully compliant with orders. Your move Skippy.
