Sounds like this all stemmed from his parents copywriting "Johnny Football"

His parents alerted EBay and they suspended everyone's account who was selling stuff under "Johnny Football". This pissed off people who make their living selling sports memorabilia and they retaliated

Lots of speculation about this. If the brokers were the leaks, then Manziel and his folks are incredibly dumb to risk pissing off the people who provided the improper benefits.
