What annoyed people is that Bray needed to spend more time preparing for the season after the KY loss but instead spent the summer partying.

Apparently the guy has a criminal record and an axe to grind because Manziels parents copyrighted "Johnny Football" causing EBay to shut down his eBay shop and it affected these memorabilia guys livelihoods. Therefore they are pissed and want blood.

What's his criminal record got to do with him paying Manziel for Signing autographs..

I think Manziel's guilty, but given the NCAA's record in these matters ie, Bush, Newton, I don't expect them to do anything

You lay down with dogs, people aren't surprised when you are accused of having flees. You sleep with prostitutes, no one questions if she claims she gave you STDs. You sign autographs for sleezy autograph sellers, no one questions when he says he paid you under the table to do it.

I don't doubt that but the criminal past helps JM here. Unless there is cut and dry evidence the credibility of the broker is damaged if he decides to talk

Both of the "agents" in the Reggie Bush scandal had criminal records and no paperwork to back up their claims. How'd that work out for USC?

Maybe a little more clear than the Manziel case, but nothing that would hold up in a civil trial.

The "agents" made a bunch of claims, and Bush and his family refused to provide any bank records or other documentation to refute the claims. The NCAA took their refusal as an admission of guilt.

J. Manziel and a few in his family also have criminal records. I don't see how that matters. Lot's of crimes you can commit out there that don't brand you a liar.

I went to Alabama autograph day last Sunday. I have autographs from all of their projected starters and many of their coaches. I also have on video me telling several of the players that I planned to sell the autographs on eBay. Most of them laughed but no one refused to sign because of my statement ahead of them signing for me. As such, they had warning that I was doing this before they signed and they still willingly signed. If some are trying to move the goal line on the JFF story to include a ludicrous new interpretation, I will release the video the week before Bama comes to College Station. I would expect the same treatment by the NCAA of the 22 starters from Bama that they give JFF.
