So that’s why we are at 97% probability after winning today? Miami has to drop below us. Not sure it matters if SMU wins and gets the bye.A&M wins the SEC
Miami doesn’t fall below us after their loss
Texas stays ahead of us despite their loss
Oh State wins the Big 10
1. Oh St
2. Texas A&M
3. SMU
4. Boise
5. Az State
6. Penn State
7. Indiana
8. Miami
9. Georgia
10. Texas
11. Notre Dame
12. Oregon
I’m not saying that will be the order (haven’t taken the time to think about the exact order), only saying there’s a chance we could be left out if those things happen

Ohio State should drop below us if they use SOS.
No way under that scenario happens. Miami is out, no ACC Championship game for them. Ohio St doesn’t win the Big 10. Plus IF….big IF A&M beats Texas, the SEC championship game loser will or could have 3-4 losses. No way we below that.A&M wins the SEC

If anything our stock has gone UP tonight and can only continue to rise depending on Championship games.
It matters if SMU wins because Miami doesn’t have to drop below us. Nor does Ohio State. Why do you think those are locks?

Because Miami does not have a win against a ranked team. Miami and Ohio State have the same record as Tennessee, and TN has the highest ranked SOS among the three.
TN’s loss was less recent than Miami and Ohio State’s and it came against teams ranked way below Georgia.
I can’t think of any reason that either team should remain ahead of Tennessee.
Miami could still get in as an at large team, but no way they will be ahead of us. No quality wins on their resume. At this point, Florida is the best win they have and we beat them head to head. Why are we assuming Miami is out? Miami could still be ahead of us. A 2 loss Texas could be ahead of us.
There’s no guarantee we will be ahead of either
