The other day when someone complimented kitty killer for 'solid thinking', I took that to mean seriously dense.

Here is the latest on the court proceedings:

This morning Obama's lawyers didn't show up, the judge wanted to immediately render a default judgement.

The lawyers for the people wanted to present their cases so it would be a matter of court record.

The judge asked how long would that take, one said 20 minutes, one said 30 minutes and the third said 2 hours.

The judge heard their arguments, the first two presented thier cases and left the courtroom, the third, who had joined the suit, went on and on and eventually the judge asked for her to summarize and make a closing argument.

While she was presenting the summary the judge interupted and asked was she testifying and so she took the stand, was sworn in and testified.

Then the judge instructed her to step down and complete her closing argument.

After that the judge entered a default judgement against Obama.

Let me summarize for anyone who might not know it.

A naturalized citizen is one who was not born with birthright citizenship.
A natural citizen is one who was born with birthright citizenship.

Was Obama's mother a citizen? yes
Are the children of citizens born with birthright citizenship? yes

Conclusion, Obama has birthright citizenship and as such is a natural, as opposed to naturalized, citizen.

How can people not understand this? The Naturalization Act of 1790, passed mainly by those men who were a party to the creation and ratification of the Constitution, states:

"the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens"
