If they sweep the Reds there are some loge tickets that are free next month!

They started off at $35 and go down $5 every time the Redbirds win a game during this homestand.

I realize its april 30 and there are still 140 games to go but I am very please with Garcia through 4 starts.

Based on what I have seen so far the only thing keeping this team from a solid 100 (yes 100) win team is holiday and ryan hitting and loshe to start pitching better.

I stayed up until 1:30 AM this morning just to watch our beloved Cardinals blow every opportunity given them.

Frustrating game... 3-2 loss to the Reds, that is.

Current record: 15-8 (1st NL Central)

Next game: Today vs. Reds (1:10 PM EST)
Kyle Lohse (0-1, 6.55 ERA) vs. Homer Bailey (0-1, 7.06 ERA)

I only made it to the end of the 8th last night, and the bottom half of that inning was frustrating enough to make me turn it off even if I wasn't dead tired and going to bed anyway.

At some point in my life I will understand how this team can be point-blanked owned by a no name guy such as last night. Pathetic.

Currently 2-4 against legitimate potential postseason match-ups.

Whew, at least they won't have to worry about facing the Pirates staff that shut'em out last night in the playoffs.

You cards fans should come catch a game at PNC, nice ballpark. Perhaps the next time the cards play the Pirates at home, maybe we will be leading the division. There is always hope right!

Is the lack of attention Garcia is receiving this year bugging anyone else besides me? Kid has been lights out in every start.

I hope Garcia can keep it up. The movement on his two seamer is ridiculous. Between him and Freese we have two of the best rookies in the Nl imo.

Another good game by Garcia tonight. Gave up his first gopher ball, but at least he got the "W."
