you can't ban a guy for being accused of stuff. they banned him after charges were brought.

What? I thought there was no way this would happen. Isn't that what Darwinism told us approximately 20 minutes before an official announcement was made that a federal investigation is being launched?
They'd pay less than going to court with all of them. Guaranteed. It's going to be an absolute mountain of money either way. And, they deserve to have to pay every cent of it.

I'll just say this: anytime someone is alleged to have sexually abused a kid on property that you're responsible for, there is absolutely no other choice but to ban him from ever stepping foot back on that property until an investigation is completed and the man is completely exonerated. Of course, in this case there was no investigation because everyone involved was too worried about protecting their own reputations that protecting innocent children.
