No charges were brought until this week. The 98 incident wasn't prosecuted for lack of evidence, but that DA disappeared a few years later...

I'll just say this: anytime someone is alleged to have sexually abused a kid on property that you're responsible for, there is absolutely no other choice but to ban him from ever stepping foot back on that property until an investigation is completed and the man is completely exonerated. Of course, in this case there was no investigation because everyone involved was too worried about protecting their own reputations that protecting innocent children.

I try not to open my mouth about things I know absolutely about. I'm no genius when it comes to the Xs and Os of college football, but if there's one thing that's in my wheelhouse, its federal law enforcement.

I don't know the legality of that. It was in the guys retirment package that he got that access.
