Police shooting black man in the back ... again (Kenosha, WI)

Looks from the new video they were still dealing with the other females that he was fighting with..they shouldve taken him down right there and handcuffed him, but 20/20 hindsight is easy after the fact

It is far easier to execute him than deal with him.

The pain of judgment from a bigoted ex cop who has supports anything cops do. And rednecks chasing down a black man and murdering him for that matter.
well one of us actually has applied criminal law for 20 plus years, without any lawsuits, major complaints of excessive force, or any violations of constitutional rights, as well as teach de-escalation, use of force, and other training classes regionally. And the other one whines on a message board while being a clerk and doesn't even grasp cases like Graham vs Conner or Tennessee vs Garner. And no i don't "support anything cops do" as there are multiple examples of me calling out ACTUAL bad policing or violation of rights , but your ilk is the Boy who cried Wolf.

And now i'm "bigoted" too?, when this had nothing to do with race or are you saying that these police were racist and shot this felon because he was black?

While being a clerk? Lol

I have called you bigoted before. It should come as no surprise.

As a measure to quell the violence in the city,
It would’ve been reported.

Yes, if there was anything in the car that would potentially make the shooting more palatable (and thus dampen the violence), that would have been leaked by the police or city government.

It's my understanding that the State DOJ is handling. They might be running the investigation as it should be without leaks from people in charge. We also dont know how the union agreement reads.

For example, in Jacksonville, teachers who are a part of the union cannot protest and call out of work. It may be a similar agreement with discussing active cases. The investigation should be concluded in a week or so. The other angle paints a justified picture but there are still some key questions. Some wont be answered with the absence of body cams. Unfortunately.

At the end of the day he was shot 7 times in the back. Obviously something leading up to the shooting or the shooting itself could have been handled differently by both the suspect and the cops.

Same goes for the suspect and whatever reason you want to place blame on him, no?

I'm not sure about that. Since the George Floyd incident we have more knowledge to that situation. The full video showed more that perhaps could have shed more light on what happened yet it was weeks behind the original.

End of story. As is, with all of these instances.

Captain hindsight and his cohorts should of, could of, and would of are always making appearances after any situation. Easy for everyone after the fact to say whatever.......sad situations, but, the bolded is the only constant.

There is another video that appears to show that they had him down on the vehicle passenger side at one point much like the 2 police had Rayshard Brooks down at one point.

Can't the same question be directed at you?

My original post to Ricky was asking why he felt the orders were lawful.

Because he was involved in a domestic incident and was being detained lawfully, it's pretty open and shut that he was resisting, both physically and by being non-compliant

The facts are not yet known, but Ricky in true cop fashion says the shoot was good.
