Every cop in America needs a functioning body camera. I’d refuse to go out on patrol without one. They protect the officers as much as the public, maybe more so.

And they don’t turn off. Or come off. On duty, or OFF. If you’re wearing your badge and gun.

Agreed. Body cam should be standard PPE for cops.

Ok...let's give you a luxury that law enforcement didn't have. Surely based on your comments to this point, you have watched all the videos that have been released. How do you suggest was the best way the LEOs should have best handled this situation?

More importantly, why hasn't the elected official or government, made this happen........much like everything else it's soundbites and interviews and big productions about important topics.............. left untouched.......

Elected officials who do exactly what? anymore, nothing, everyone of them. Talk and do nothing pos.

If they actually ever did anything, they do not have employment, and they need the masses to stay at eachother's throats with these topics as to keep the charade going. Anyone who believes any of them care about the issues or the people, well,..........

CWV thinking that citing the ATL case as a 'gotcha' to Ricky shows his inability to review these matters fairly. A case where a dude got shot as he shot a stolen taser at an officer after bashing one of their heads to the pavement after getting busted for a DUI in a Wendy's drive thru, not parked in a spot. Goodness gracious.

I completely discard racism. While there are racists and always will be I view them to be completely irrelevant people that have zero affect on anyone’s life. In recent times I’d say minority racists/criminals are the majority when it comes to actually negatively affecting someone of another race.

Your default position cannot be racism every time a black person is shot by a white cop. That means you think the majority of white cops are racist which just cannot be true.

Nope haven’t watched all the videos. Only watched the guy walking away from the cops. One cop pulling on his shirt bottom trying to stop him after he rounded the front of his car. After he opened his car door cop shot him in the back pop pop pop pop pop.

Two that I know of. The other guy was only shot six times? Can you tell me how many unarmed white guys have been shot in the back by cops?

Exactly, what these same posters say if the video showed 4 officers jumping on this guy, handcuffing him and having to fight him while he screams ? The thread would be "Police beat poor black man AGAIN"

So you think its a good idea to get on this forum accusing people of things when you don't have all of the information that has been realeased?

We can still go with my original question though. Lay out the scenario of how you think this should have been handled.

What’s worse is actual innocent law abiding citizens are going to suffer because good people aren’t going to want be cops and departments are gonna be severely understaffed. Nobody in their right mind would want to be in law enforcement if we keep going on a current path. Criminals, like the ones being shot, are going to have free reign to do as they please especially in the liberal sh**hole cities. Anyone who doesn’t have cwp should seriously consider getting one.
