Post Examples of Fox News Lies

I thought Bryant called it in because she was being doubled teamed. When the police shows up you cannot be trying to stab others with a knife. It may have been a classic case of the victim looking like the agressor once the police showed up. Nonetheless unfortunately Bryant was about to stab someone. Either way the story was twisted to make it look like the police did something wrong.
Including LeBron who had to apologize

MSNBC's 'Deadline: White House' mentions Trump more than twice as often as Biden

Nicolle Wallace fixates on ex-president, Capitol riot on daily MSNBC show

Maybe it's time to change the show's name to "Deadline: Mar-a-Lago."

MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace, host of "Deadline: White House," and her guests discussed former President Trump about two-and-a-half times as often as President Biden in 2021, despite the latter being the current office-holder.

A Grabien transcript search found the word "Trump" was uttered on the show 11,668 times from Jan. 20, when Biden succeeded Trump, to Dec. 30. As for Biden, his name was mentioned just 4,710 times, nearly 2.5 times less often on Wallace's program, which airs weekdays from 4-6 p.m. ET and features a mixture of reporters and left-leaning pundits.

When Wallace did deign to cover Biden, it was almost uniformly positive, with the left-wing host gushing over his policies and cooing over guests like White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci; this week, she called herself a "Fauci groupie." Her program is a revolving door of Biden-friendly pundits, with some reporters sprinkled in.

Wallace, an ex-Republican-flack, has become one of the most vitriolic liberal voices on a cable news channel full of them. After spending years fixated on Russiagate, she squarely focused on the Jan. 6 Capitol riot this year, leading multiple shows each week with news on the melee.

Nicole Wallace used to work for the Bush administration and helped with McCain's campaign. No surprise here with her having an obsession over Trump.

From Vyskocil’s opinion:

[In] the context of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the Court finds that Mr. Carlson’s invocation of “extortion” against Ms. McDougal is nonactionable hyperbole, intended to frame the debate in the guest commentator segment that followed Mr. Carlson’s soliloquy. As Defendant notes, Mr. Carlson himself aims to “challenge political correctness and media bias.” This “general tenor” of the show should then inform a viewer that he is not “stating actual facts” about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in “exaggeration” and “non-literal commentary.” … Given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive with an appropriate amount of skepticism’ …

Is Fox as bad as claimed? I’m open to the idea but I genuinely can’t name any false reporting I know of them engaging in, post Obama.

Here’s some of the worst stories from left wing media over the last couple of years as I see them (ordering chronologically not based on how bad I perceive them):

1. Covington Catholic
2. Russia Gate
3. Blaming trump for a man’s wife poisoning him with fish tank cleaner
4. Falsely claiming gunshot victims in Oklahoma were denied care because the hospital was overran with ivermectin overdose victims
5. Pretending a Fox News host was encouraging violence against Fauci

I’m certain I missed some, but these are the worst I can think of. For comparison here’s the worst stories I can think of from Fox and they’re all far less recent than the previous examples:

1. Birther
2. Obama Mosque story

With that said I don’t watch fox and mainly get political news from non traditional sites (Dailywire and Reason for example). So it’s possible I’ve missed them. Can anyone provide examples?
Chris Wallace always seemed to be fair. Of course they ran him off because of that.

That Bret dude seems okay.

Pretty sure there are websites devoted to debunking basically everything that is shown on Fox News nightly.

What did he say there that was misinformation?

And he seems to have a valid point that her misinformation will not be removed
His first statement “you are being lied to 24/7” from mainstream media regarding covid is a lie. Maddows statement in that clip are not scientifically accurate. Maddow is one opinion commentator, not all media. Most of the covid info reported in mainstream news is accurate. His first statement is a lie.

That’s an opinion not a lie. “You’re being lied to 24/7”=opinion. While expressing that opinion he showed Maddow lying and spreading Covid misinformation.

Do you believe her misinfo will be taken down or will she be deplatformed for this

What? …… What? How do you define a lie? He said a statement that is not true, which he and you knows is not true, but says it anyway. That is not a lie? Curious position you got there.

Calling that a lie is like calling trump saying “burgers were stacked a mile high” a lie. He’s saying “they lie to you, a lot”. He followed up by showing a segment of her lying to you.

Nothing curious about it.
