Considering you fanhood will consist entirely of glancing at a box score once or twice a week, I’d say you’re right. Can’t imagine they’ll have another televised game until they make another FA Cup run.
We should all say which teams we like to follow…I loosely follow Dagenham and Redbridge because they’re owned by the same group that owns Memphis 901 FC, which includes Tim Howard.
The only game I’ve ever seen is an early round FA Cup game. I’ve searched high and low for any sort of way to watch them, even a radio broadcast, and nothing.
Never interfered with Nashville SC or Aston Villa.

Can vouch that this is a good selling point for any stadium. Everton and Fulham are both like that. Chelsea is to some extent as well, plus it has a giant old Victorian cemetery literally right beside it. I’m pretty sure West Ham used to be like that, but their new ground is the polar opposite of a neighborhood feel. Same with Arsenal. Highbury was wedged in between residential streets, and they moved a few hundred feet away and somehow managed to retain none of that feel.I really do want to go there for a match though. The small stadium in the middle of a residential neighborhood looked cool. And they mentioned Robert Plant going to a Tuesday night league game, that is freaking awesome.

For me
Obviously Arsenal
Crystal Palace because of the manager, former Arsenal great Patrick Viera
West Ham(second favorite Premier League team)
Bristol Rovers is a team I like but am unable to follow for the same reasons as above.
Don’t follow any other European leagues.

Alternatively, who are everyone’s most hated rivals?
For the Everton and Arsenal fans the answer will be self-evident, but I’m particularly curious about where the Chelsea and Villa fans stand since none of their closest geographical derbies are being played on a regular basis right now, and when they are, they aren’t very competitive.
But it’s really Birmingham City when both teams are playing in the same division, right? It might not have been the most recent time they played, but one of the West Midlands Derbies when Villa were down in The Championship, a City fan ran onto the field and punched Jack Grealish in the side of the head. Then Grealish scored the winner in the final minutes.Wolves is our closest rival, but that doesn’t compare at all to Birmingham City. West Brom is another rival, but they yo-yo between the Championship and Premier League.
A lot of Villa fans hate Leeds because of several run ins we had with them in the Championship.
So I would say closest derby - Wolves
Most hated rival - Leeds
