Nico is a very good QB but I think Oklahoma is underestimating our RBs. Our RBs are who will keep this one away from Oklahoma. They are going to gash them and then open up the passing game. They just don't realize how good Nico is. . . yet. Chew the clock? They must not know we also play defense around these parts too.
We have the speed and boom bringers on Defense that I am not worried about running QBs. Pili is an absolutely missile at the LB position and our DBs aren’t afraid to come up and smoke someone, running QBs don’t like getting hit like that.I posted this somewhere else.
I’ve been watching Tennessee football for about 60 years AND
Running QB’s = Vol cryptonite
I’d much rather face a great passer (even with this young secondary) than a great RUNNER.
People willing to pay a crappy waiter 20% for their meal but not 10% to “tip” our players. You should show em who’s boss and quit paying to go to games. That’ll learn em.
Sab. I think that's short for something else. I can't remember.
First paragraph of the love letter -
I know you are struggling with your decision. I just want you to know I wish you well wherever you play, but my heart will break for you if you announce Trojan. We love you in Tennessee. You would be our hero.
I’ve got us winning 41-17 but that’d be awesome if we could hang a fiddy burger on’emWith the way their run game has struggled and with run D being our strong suit, I don't see them having much success on the ground. This will force them to throw the ball and give Pearce and our pass rush a chance to pin their ears back and put pressure on their QB. He has shown to make some poor decisions when under duress and their OL is not great, or really even good. I don't think they score over 20 points and I really think it will be closer to 10. I would love for Tim Banks to keep the streak of quarters without a TD alive for another game.
I also think they have a pretty good defense, but our offense is going to score points. It just is. We have to many ways to punch a defense in the mouth. I think we score at least 35. I would live to see us start the season with a 4th straight game of 50 plus points and just really put the rest of CFB on notice this weekend.
A running qb is a headache for any team, that is why a mobile qb is so coveted. OU has more worries than we have.I posted this somewhere else.

That’s the exact opposite of what cotton does unfortunately.I think we need cotton uniforms..
Cotton breathes, you see, it's much softer. Imagine playing games and your team is five degrees cooler than the other team. Don't you think that would be an advantage? They're cooler, they're more comfortable...they're happier - they're gonna play better.
