Let’s blame it on coaches that didn’t recruit a single player on the field and lost 33 scholarship players to transfer portal.
How do you guys not realize when the 1st team comes out to rest or has to play tired there’s a huge drop off. We have to have depth to rotate and stay fresh. It isn’t a single coaches fault that’s is here now who has anything to do with that.
Agree a 1000% with everything you’ve stated. We’re on the same page

Funny you should ask… I’m back at the ER. When I left I told the doctor and nurse that my a** was hurting and they just said it’s hemorrhoids and keep it clean. Had my wife check it and it’s the size of a golf ball and I’m back at the ER. They fast tracked me so I think they know they screwed up. But may be looking at another surgery today. 2021!!!

These are monopolies monopolizing talent. There's no diversity in CFB anymore. It's going to continue to be the same 2 teams, that we play yearly by the by, getting all the talent because they are openly recruiting current CFB players. If you can't see that as a bad thing then there's is no hope for you
You seriously have to a total fool to not understand why it is bad.

How will one of the richest schools with one of the most valuable fan bases be hurt by introducing money? If anything it should be helping us.
Because of the fact that our billionaires are not Vol fanatics like us.

We have a huge and passionate fanbase (at least until this point in time, but I can see that passion being extinguished as more and more of us regular folks figure out that it is a rigged contest in the end with zero hope for success) but none of us regular people can afford these players, and our school can't openly pay them...and we obviously have no group of rich people willing to do what these other schools are doing.

This is little more than pro wrasslin now. Our boys are expected to keep us fired up and watching when playing all the other nobodies, but they are meant to be fodder for the true annointed powers.

A bunch tried to tell us this was going to be good for college football, and if we didn’t think so we just didn’t want players to get what they deserve. Really wanted Tennessee to make a comeback before it all fell to pieces.
I have been screaming this for years...and the same dumbasses that wanted all this, are the same dumbasses that call for the coaches head when he can't compete on an even playing field.

It's just the truth. I think we can be more successful than we've been, but we are never going to stack top 5 classes or pull huge transfers. Our guys are going to have to do more with less from now on.
Yeppers. We gotta hit on elite coaches and jilted transfers with some gas in the tank. I think we can do that.

I can see that. In saying why is that any different than before. A handful of schools have gotten away with doing this long before the NIL stuff. It's nothing new

It’s totally new. Guys had to sit a year when they transferred, so Bama and UGA weren’t plucking guys from other schools to play right away. Very good players that Bama and UGA want just go to the NFL after 3 years. Unintended consequences.

I'm educated enough to know that sitting g back in zone and not covering anyone and putting all the pressure on a secondary that couldn't cover Betty White (RIP) while rushing 4 or 5 DL that can't get to the QB having to take on 5 OL and a tightend and/or a RB probably isn't the smartest thing to do. I know that sitting back and allowing a team to continuously beat your defenses' brains in by methodically marching down the field on 20 play 10 min drives consequently wearing your defense down making it easier and easier for them to do more of the same probably isn't all that bright. I know that other teams would love for their offense se to methodically move down the field keeping out high power offense over on the sidelines watching the defense continuously giving up 3rd down conversions, even long ones is a fabulous idea. I know continuing to do whatever you are doing that places your defense at over 100 in several statistical categories is probably not the best strategy. I know that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

I'm tired of arguing with you folks. It's a pathetic showing on defense. If you're good with it or somehow can justify/excuse it, good for you. There is no arguing that the defenses was an embarrassment. You guys continually throw these kids under the bus and give these millionaire coaches a pass. I ask myself one question when judging coaches, did they produce a product that was greater than the sum of the parts? If you think he did, good for you. I think he failed miserably.

Defense over achieved what was expected this year. Thats how depleted we are all you need to do us look to see how many would be starting for bama and uga. Not but 2 to 3 if we r lucky. We are weak on dline line in terms of being elite. And we have weak spots on oline. Also our team need major upgrades in weight room they get pushed around way to much

We have done it before….. we can do it again…… it’s a process to get everyone on board again…….in the 90’s…. We were the big spenders.

The kind of good money I'm talking about. Won't be used for NIL. I'm talking about profit for the school through TV money, profit sharing etc..... while nobody can do anything about boosters tied to the school, schools that get caught directly paying kids will probably pay a huge price
It's wild west, who's enforcing, what are the rules, who has teeth to do anything?

Slurp slurp slurp
If that’s what it takes to win then I’ll do what I have to. Can’t say that anyone on the hill is willing to do whatever it takes. Ole miss should never, under any circumstances, be punching above Tennessee’s weight and for the last decade their program is well ahead of us and they’ve had multiple coaches and NCAA issues. The common denominator is our admin and the fact that the majority of fans, slurp slurp slurp up whatever they put on the field failure after failure.

As I sit here quarantined I have to tell you all a story. I got a call from an officer I had worked with a year prior on an animal neglect case about a week ago for an emergency rescue of a dog that was the sole survivor of a domestic murder/suicide and was completely shut down. He asked if I could take her at the request of the victims immediate family he told them he knew a good place for her that would give her every chance. They didn't feel it right to take her to the pound. She's a mastiff pit mix. I've kept her away from our other animals in the back bedroom I quarantined in earlier this week.

I've had concerns about her, she did not eat for two days. Very standoffish. And she wanted nothing to do with me until this afternoon. I came back into the room with a small silkie rooster that the flock had turned on to get a flashlight to assess his injuries. When I walked into the room she immediately came to my feet, never done that before in the last week. I thought no, this isn't a snack but something told me there was more to her interest.

Over the last few hours she sat next to me as I treated him put him in a carrier. She has not left his side since I brought him in. I've taken him out a time or two to gauge his level of shock, each time she has nuzzled him and shown interest and looks at me as I help him. She now let's me pet her and interact with no suspicion what so ever.

She has a long way to go and I never considered keeping her but if she shows this much compassion to a chicken maybe she could live on the farm with us, we will see. A lot of hurdles to cross but she's a different animal tonight I even brought an old blind cat we took in into the room and she's wonderful with her.

I can't imagine her suffering, watching the people she trusted and depended on kill and then take their own lives. I can't imagine her pain, nor her compassion for an animal that maybe she felt needed help like her. I refuse to be ashamed of the fact that as I type this tears roll down my face. I can't understand how anyone could mistreat animals, I wish those who do a special place in hell.

I ask all of you to support your local rescues, any resource you provide saves and changes lives!
