If Harbaugh does jump back to the NFL, who does Michigan go after. Highly doubt it would be Meyer given all the bad press over the past year. Would they go after Fickell? Would Fickell even listen to an offer? If Ryan Day were to jump to the NFL, I could absolutely see Fickell returning to Ohio State, but I'm not sure if he'd be willing to go to Michigan or not?

Yeah coaching carousel isn't over yet, NFL will poach 1 or 2 sitting HCs I'm sure.

And yes, I get that's playing with fire given that's exactly where Nagy came from, but I think the players would respect Bienamy, and I think he'll be a better HC than Nagy.

If Banks leaves, I want us to throw the brinks truck at a true and proven defensive coordinator. Our offense paired with an elite defense would be so tough for opposing teams. We need to find our Dave Aranda

That is what is really missing. If he can get a proven DC along with his offense, this could be something special.

No argument. Been an advocate for him getting a top gig for awhile. Just don’t see back to back KC OC hires.

Agreed, mentioned that in a follow up post, but I really think he'll do a good job if anyone ever gives him the chance. JMO.
