To be fair you can pay down and pay off auto loans early at credit unions with no penalty. Set up your own monthly payments to pay it off ahead of schedule.5-6 years of payments. Ouch man. That hurts me to read. Any possibility to get an older model with more miles? I want the Silverado SLT trim myself but cannot justify the expense right now. You probably don’t want to listen to me though as I avoid debt completely. Good luck regardless.
Prayers for your dad, hoping for the bestCan y’all keep my father in your prayers. He went in for a kidney stone and they have found a mass (unrelated to the kidney stone) and he has an appointment to find out more information. I don’t know the location of the mass but am still freaked out about it (he decided not to tell me until an hour before his appointment this morning).
Kraft or gtfo.Absolutely stunned that a group of people so single-minded about the Vols have such widely differing opinions about...well...everything except the Vols.
Food. Music. Politics. Beer. Movies. Physical beauty. Shows. COVID. Tom Brady. Pickup trucks. Tom Cruise. Religion. Lebron James. Cats. Snakes. Vacations. Etc. Etc. Ad nauseum.
And mayo. Definitely mayo.
I think those people are spot on, with one thing. They are vastly underestimating Nick Saban. And overestimating Dabo Swinney.Speaking of Bama and Clemson, from a connected poster on another board:
Bama:-This landscape is not attractive to Saban and he's not going to wind up with an outright competitive advantage against the market when it comes to money and recruiting, which he's had for 15 years. The dude is getting old. There's a shot that this is his big run and when he wins it all again, he's out.
-Bama was the perfect choice for the Mannings. Archie Manning views Bama as a no brainer. Rumor is that Saban would not give assurances that he'll still be coaching Bama in 2025.
Clemson:
-There's a legitimate shot that Swinney is lost at this point. Head up his a$$ level naïve about NIL and the portal. There are a lot of people around the sport wondering what in the [heck] Clemson is doing, because they're mostly acting like this is still 2015.
He's being recruited by Bama as well, so what are they offering? If I could capture the sea change happening right now in one image, it would be this post from a Bama forum referencing Jordan Addison being recruited by Texas right now.

We are watching the transformation from the underground Dodge Charger-based economy to the legal NIL market where the Lamborghini is the standard.
