Alright Vol Nation, I need some serious help.

I have a terrible neighbor. She used to harass me a bunch and then I built a privacy fence. But she still didn't get the clue and ended up cutting down some trees on my side of the property line the other week. I filed a report and I'm taking her to court for the $1600 in damages she caused (according to my arborist) and filing a no-contact order. She probably does have legit mental illness. Once told me the Wi-Fi was stealing her dreams and some other crazy things before I built the fence.

But every time I'm in the yard she just stands at her window or on her deck and stares at me. Real creepily. Last night all I could see is her silhouette behind her blinds as I was throwing the ball for my dog, but it was eerie as hell!
I have a 1/3 of an acre, a nice fire pit I built and a deck and can't seem to enjoy any of it.

I need something I can put on my side of the fence that will block her view from her window into my yard. Needs to be 9 ft tall and I don't have time for a smaller bush to grow up.

Immediate thoughts are some sort of mature hedging, or some sort of lattice that I could affix to the top of my fence to block her view but not sure how stable that would be or what options.

Y'all got any practical solutions?

Sunbathe in a speedo and skip the manscaping . Smile and wave every time she looks out the window .

Plot twist - she’s using her WI-FI to make you think she’s watching you.

One that’s sturdy and well made. It needs to have a retention strap that allows you to limit the inversion without having to hold it.

Here there’s a local sporting goods store (Academy) that has them priced from $99 to $500. Interestingly enough, the mid price range are the best made. Built better than the $500 one.
Sometimes Sam’s or Costco has them as well.
Don’t break the bank on one. $200-$250 will get you a well made one.
Appreciate it. I've been wanting to get one, just wasn't sure which one.

Plant bamboo in containers. It grows tall thick and fast. Do NOT plant it in the ground. It will get away from you in a hurry.

Copperheads.

Jk, put a big green monster wall up. Paint "Vols" on it.

Other than that, could go buy some bigger arborvitae/leland cypresses and put there. Fill gaps with smaller bushes/trees that will grow up in the event one of the bigger plants eventually dies.
