only real option.

Tolerates heat and clay. Go to a nursery vs big box, you'll get more tree for $
@Volbucky - Another option is Cryptomeria Radicans, staggered with Magnolia Little Gem is a more aesthetically pleasing option.

Not sure with .3 acres how much or little you want to do.

Issue Ive found with Leyland is extremely shallow root system versus growth rate. I believe it was cultivated at Clemson with Middle Eastern Cypress ans our regular Western or Eastern Cedars. It's the peanut of private trees.

Remember to plant them far enough away from each other. They dont like competition.

Yeah its a hybrid of Monterrey cypress and Alaska cedar. Susceptible to several pathogenic funguses. Not a screen I'd expect to live 15+ years, but will grow fast and block the view until more slow-growing plants can take over. Or the neighbor dies. Or he moves lol

Some guy at the gym is wearing a “#1 dad” t-shirt, and now I’m starting to wonder who has children whose mouths are filled with lies
Shiii im the #1 Dad in this house.

Fortunately Im married to the #1 Mama. Rankings aside, I'm just blessed and fortunate to have such a great family. Kinda crazy when you get down to it.

Waiting to see what Tate does imo
