I appreciate what you are doing but even a few thousand more members of Spyre is going to make 0 difference with the big fish. Recruitments like that are decided by billionaire investors like Ruiz and so far there are no indications that any of our billionaires really care about restoring the program.

This is not on the fans no matter how you spin it. Spyre might want to target their money boosters. 1 can donate what it will take 500 fans to donate at 1 time. Fans can donate as a added bonus but they need to target Boosters. This is not on the fans at all. I just hope Spyre is not handing out checks to 3* to come to Tn. Tn can do that without Spyre. I knew sooner or later the fans was going to get blamed.

LOL. Lets take more money from everyday people in the middle of a recession and give it to undeserving 18 year old kids to play a game. Fans already spend a ridiculous amount on tickets, travel, merchandise donations etc..... and now theyre supposed to supply a fund for for kids to get a contract. The NIL money should come from the schools and their TV revenue and sponsorship money. Set a salary cap and lets schools spend their revenue how they see fit.

I remember how Wanya Morris was going to help us win the East when he committed, then he dipped on us a season later. This is a new age of football. These high dollar players are just as likely to jump ship as they are to pan out. It stinks to swing and miss, but at least we are swinging for the fences at all positions.

Yesterday I thought we were going to land a 5* OL, then we didn't. I really hope we land Seldon, Sham, and Smith, but today has shook me a bit. I have hope, but not sure I have confidence.

I see some folks are on the ledge after losing Tate and Mauigoa. Be reasonable. Tate always dreamed of going to OSU and they finally stepped up with NIL. Mauigoa's family made the decision and they're planning to move to the US and are looking for financial security. Tate was never turning down OSU if NIL was close and Mauigoa's family wasn't going to turn away the biggest NIL deal. Spyre isn't falling way behind...they're sticking to their plan instead of just throwing money around.

It’s not December. I’m as disappointed as anyone that we didn’t get the Francis commitment. Plenty of time to go before December and hopefully our VOLS play even better this season…that will be the key to this class. We are getting close with ALOT of big fish—hopefully the 9-3/10-2 type season will bring them in the boat. GO VOLS!

Having a very large fan base, including big money, not invested into NIL is a huge problem

Recruiting has become the Wild West and Danny White is going to have to let UT play like everyone else. To hell with the NCAA.

The AD and the NIL $$$$ need to get back on the same page ASAP.

Playing scared with the NCAA and SEC. Every day that goes by without the NCAA finalizing our investigation and hanging all this over our head does harm to our program. The university should be able to sue the NCAA for damages for dragging all this out unnecessarily.

FM’s recruitment may also be a wake up call to the UT brass that we’re gonna have to be able to take some risks if we want to run with the big dogs in terms of NIL.

I’m saying it’s silly to say take away a 5* player at the most important position in the game and see how it changes a class. Take away Arch from Texas’s class and see how it falls apart.
