I suggest we quit looking for who to blame and move on. He picked Miami. We ain't paying 4 million dollars for one OL. That's the hardest position to project and we are in on a number of other highly rated linemen. He didn't pick us, he also didn't pick Bama or USC. If all we recruited were 3 stars no one would notice. Coaches are doing a heckuva job. Based on the performance of Athletics as a whole I'd say the Admin is doing a heckuva job. Again, just my opinion.

You are keeping the two in the same boat when they are not.

The administration has been the problem prior to NIL and is still the problem.

Big Jim, the dad, has been the main Haslam money man over the years. He played for General Neyland back in the late '40's/early '50's. That's always been a big source of pride for him. But he's like 91 now, so I have no idea how much interest he has anymore.

See and this is where you make yourself look like a clown. So I'm not a fan because I don't deem it a worthy product to put my money to paying the contracts of players? Although I spend plenty on tickets, merchandise, food etc every season. I don't have a problem with those who want to give I have a problem with those chastising those who don't and calling them not real fans.

It's been said over and over and it's annoying. It doesn't mean a person is more of or less of a fan than another person if they don't donate. It just means they have the disposable income and decided to spend it there.

I'm curious to see this as well. My 2 cents but I bet AM never lives up to the hype. Eweres went to OH St long enough to get his money and now he's at TX. I think a lot of schools who get kids who are the highest bidder are going to be disappointed in the long term.

You pay for cable merely for UT games? And little of the listed expenses besides parking and tickets goes to the University.

But yes. You basically get the product for free. You could turn on your cable TV that is a monthly expense you pay for all of your television entertainment, and watch for free.

Folks come on a free internet board, make usernames that infer undying love and loyalty to the program...

"Hey. You could actively help the program you love so much with $5/month."

"Hell no! That's their job! They suck! They haven't done anything for me in 15 years and they ain't getting **** from me until they're good!"


Reminds me of the country neighbors I've had no matter where I've lived.
