Read again. Teams with the top 2 records in conference would play for a championship. Winner of that would automatically go to the playoffs for a national title.

But there are always a few games where a break one way or the other determines the outcomes. But I feel good about us winning more than 7. Trying to figure out past next year you may as well be throwing darts blindfolded. We are on the right track. GBO!

Those are just records. No real context behind it. But I'd be content with that trajectory.

We play in a competitive league, and we don't have the depth to win with our style of play. And Bama, UGA, aren't going anywhere. We got LSU, then Texas A&M in 2024. And we always play a tough OOC schedule. We could be a National Championship caliber team, and still have 3 losses....
It's a tough league.

I guarantee Heupel and staff are thinking better than that though. Time will tell, but I think we will do better than many think. I think our coaches and players are working hard and bought in. I actually hope folks do underestimate us. Yeah we play in a tough conference, but we’re not going to be chopped liver either! Bring on the season! GBO!!!!!!

If Seldon and Umarov commit to UT this week, that article is going to look even dumber than it already does. It's also laughable that it says a flurry of five star and four star recruits have followed Arch to Texas when many of their new commits are three star guys and in-state players that were likely headed to Texas anyways. Typical KNS bulls***, and I believe the writer is a former Vandy guy.
