But yeah, it is very concerning that Callaway was not WR2 before the game. He was the only receiver with a pulse Monday night. If he isn't in the game, we lose. Even JJ isn't making the 50 yard catch and go TD that Callaway had. Incredibly perplexing that he was buried on the depth chart. In fact, why didn't he play more last year? Even when we beat up scrubs he barely played or was targeted. Bituli also. These guys should have a lot more experience this year than they have. Coach Matthews said the same thing. If we aren't subbing guys early Saturday and instead are leaving Kmac and Vickers on the field until we have a big enough lead, its going to be very concerning. A lot of these personnel decisions are perplexing. When even Hubbs and Price are strongly questioning personnel decisions it makes you wonder what is going on.

We wouldn't have won if JJ wasn't hurt. IMO

We weren't going to use Callaway and Jennings was playing somewhat bad early on.

He couldn't catch. All of our receivers except Callaway who caught everything, need to be better at catching the ball next week.

Callaway was #2 behind JJ. It's not like he was buried on the depth chart. Palmer was the starter in the other side, and even the media had reported that he had a great fall camp. I don't see that as a big deal. He got his chance and showed his skills.

I do expect a lot of guys playing tomorrow. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if a few don't play at all.

Hoping the good majority of the backups will get significant time for at least a half. Don't see any reason why not, shouldn't be a game after a quarter and a half or so.

So why wasn't he starting opposite Jennings? Palmer looks good but he's not Callaway as of now.

I'm not sure I believe in Missouri's offense two huge extend. Don't give me wrong I think they are talented, but the team they played was pretty bad. South Carolina kind of impressed me, I think they will win by 7 to 10

Is that game at Clemson? Stidham didn't look great in the first game to me, but this will be a Clemson's QBs first real test. Still think Clemson wins by 10 to 14

Edit: just looked it up, that game is at Clemson. Surprisingly they are only five point favorites. Vegas must know something I don't. Still take Clemson

I thought the line was odd as well. I can't figure out the GA line either. I have the ML so I guess I will be the sucker

This will be an interesting game to gauge what we saw last week from both teams. Mizz scored all day, but clearly their defense is suspect and has holes.. How good is NCST and would SC be able to do what they did on special teams and turnovers against a SEC caliber team.. we shall see...

I think we all want to see Byrd finally take the next step... he dropped some balls and apparently according to LWS tweaked his knee during the game so he is questionable... we desperately need him to step up or move to CB.
