He certainly hired a good Lady's Volleyball coach. Most of the sports are thriving, and if not he is fixing it, and not afraid to spend money. I don't know what else you can do as an AD. Our previous went the cheap route, but nothing about what Fulmer has done so far shows he will do that.

Fulmer: "I saw it at its very, very best with president Joe Johnson and (former athletic director) Doug Dickey and myself and Pat Summitt and Bruce (Pearl)," Fulmer told Finebaum. "We were all there just doing our business. They trusted us and we trusted that they were going to do everything they could to support us, and we had great success. Somehow, we got off track. We're looking forward, not back. Learn from mistakes but go forward. I'm pretty excited about where we are now."

she would be screaming discrimination all the way to the bank if you fired her. She knows she is incompetent, but it's all about her, even if the team goes down the toilet. The fan's need to let their voices be heard. The team should not take the floor in protest.

I really don't think she would scream discrimination, and it's really nutty to want the team to just quit in protest.
I suggest unplugging emotionally from this program so that it doesn't eat you alive.

I still want Holly to win every game, but I'm disconnecting from worrying about it too much.
We might have the best men's team we've ever had, and the women's team will eventually reset itself.

This, but name an interim coach Monday am.... maybe Bridgett or Nikki.... the team will in no way rally around or benefit from another day of Holly’s coaching.

Save the LV brand before it becomes ODU’d.

"If they lose". You can chalk the Ark game as another mark in the loss column. BTW, the ND game will be a blowout loss of at least 50 points. This is very pessimistic but very realistic.

I agree team should never quit but the fans should. No one needs to show up to the arky game or the notre dame game. That would speak volumes!

If Tennessee barely beats Arkansas, that should be grounds for this being Holly's last stand. What Holly is doing is wasting good recruits careers. Anyone with the ideology that it's the players fault should have their heads examined because there is a coaching problem, no DOUBT!!!!

Some people simply don't get it, if you want 5 star talent wasted then keep Holly, if you want to see change you need to make a move. For seven years we have all start off excited at the beginning of the season before we are all left flat wondering what in the hell happened. Holly has had her chances with 20 plus 5 stars for 7 years and has never been able to develop players to play up to their potential. It is time for a change.

It is very easy to blame the coach for the downward spiral that the team seems to be on. Rennia wants to play under the radar as she is not one to carry a team emotionally or skillfully. She has the ability but not the desire. This is not a Holly problem. There are only 2 players willing to give their all on defense. The freshmen are good and playing but you cannot consistently depend on a freshmen, unless they are 1st team All Americans. Not to say that they will never reach that level but it will take development. Meme is a role player she bleeds orange but is not a leader, or a player to carry a team, remember you will “Live or die by the jump shot”. The decline is because the team cannot defend the middle. Key will get a limo to school because we need the low post skill she has. We have a weak front line and teams are exposing this flaw. It puts to much pressure on shooters when there is no middle. Effort is low because confidence is low. I like Holly but she cannot play D, value the ball, shot free throws, make layups, box out or play with intensity and that is what we are not doing. I know most want to fire Holly I don’t, Holly has high morals and loves the young women she coaches, because of this she will continue to recruit at a high level. But this team lacks ❤️. I believe with a couple of parts that we are missing are coming next season we will be a final four team.
